What to Wear
Choose outfits that feel comfortable and natural. Soft tones, simple textures and flowy fabrics work beautifully. For families, aim for coordinated tones rather than matching outfits. And when it comes to little ones, comfort always comes first.
Prepping Kids & Partners
Let little ones be themselves. There’s no pressure to “perform.” We allow space for play, snuggles and quiet moments so we can capture your family just as it is. For partners who may be camera-shy, a little reassurance goes a long way. They don’t need to do anything but be present. We’ll gently guide as needed and never over-pose.
How the Session Flows
These sessions are slow, flexible and focused on connection. We’ll shoot in a place that feels meaningful such as your home, a favourite park or a quiet corner of nature. There’s no strict structure; we’ll move through moments as they come, creating images that feel effortless and honest.
Expect This
Laughter, stillness, maybe a little chaos and lots of love! The goal isn’t perfection, it’s presence. Come as you are, and we’ll document your season of life in a way that feels both timeless and deeply personal.
Bring the Extras (Optional)
Props aren’t required, but if you’d like to include florals, picnic set-up, a sonogram, or even your pet, we're all for it. Just let us know in advance so we can plan around it.
Wet weather plans
Weather can be unpredictable but your session doesn’t have to be.
If rain is in the forecast, we’ll touch base the day before to make a call based on timing, location and light. You’ll always have options:
Reschedule to a new date (if needed and available)
Shift to an indoor or sheltered location
Whatever happens, we’ll adapt with ease and keep your experience stress-free.

Be present with your family and let the rest unfold itself. Whether you’re snuggling a newborn or chasing toddlers through the grass, we’ll gently guide and capture that raw moments. Our role is to create space for real, beautiful moments to happen naturally. The kind you’ll want to remember and treasure.
